Here is my garlic plant three weeks after planting. It is about 16 inches tall. To compare at one week, it was about 4 inches tall. I also planted beans (hydroponically) on Friday. They have not grown much, but they have germinated. When they grow a little, I will post pictures.

You've inspired me to plant something!! I think Sam would LOVE to have a plant that grows so fast. I definitely don't have a green thumb, but it's worth a try, right?
That is incredible! You know, I am sad to admit that I wouldn't even be able to tell you what can grow in Texas. Anything? Cactus? Blue Bonnets? Maybe I will start with garlic... awesome job Green Thumb!
